These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at leadworks.marketing and describe how Leadworks offers its marketing services. By using the site or engaging Leadworks, you agree to these Terms.

What Leadworks does

Leadworks provides website-first funnel reviews, paid advertising diagnostics and management, and related marketing support for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are agreed separately (for example through proposals, statements of work, or checkout flows).

No guarantee of results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control (market demand, competition, reviews, operations, sales follow-up, and ad platform policies). We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or revenue.

Ad spend

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms. Leadworks fees cover strategy, execution, and related services—not platform spend.

Independent marketing services

Leadworks provides services directly to clients. We do not sell purchased lead lists and do not operate affiliate programs for reselling third-party leads.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Third-party tools

The site may link to or embed tools operated by third parties (for example scheduling or chat). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we provide remain owned by Leadworks or our licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-owned assets you provide remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the site is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amounts you paid Leadworks for services in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page.
